Guy Bourassa

CEO & Chairman

Mr. Guy Bourassa graduated from the Université Laval, Québec, law school in 1983. He was a member of the Quebec Bar from 1983 to October 2011. During his career as an attorney, he has mainly worked with Quebec mining exploration businesses. He was President and Director of Radisson Mining Resources inc. from November 1988 to June 1991. He was also President and director of Dufresnoy Industrial minerals inc. from May 1994 to November 1996, and corporate secretary of Mazarin Mining Corporation inc. from September 1991 to June 1994. He was President and CEO of Monarques Resources inc., from March 2011 to October 2012 and director until April 2020. He has acted as director of Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. from February 2017 to June 2019. He was the founder, director and has acted as President and CEO of Nemaska Lithium Inc. from January 2008 to February 2020.

Pierre Neatby

President/COO & Director

Mr. Neatby has over 30 years of experience in the base and critical metals business. He spent 20 years with Noranda in various commercial roles including aluminum sales on behalf of Noranda and on behalf of Albecour. He spent 9 years at Avalon Advanced Materials focusing on rare earths and critical metals fostering relationships with end users. He has lived and worked in Toronto, London and Madagascar. Mr. Neatby is a graduate of Queen's University in Kingston, is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is fully bilingual.

Since July 2022, Mr. Kitchen is acting as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wasayao Strategic Group, a private company that offers strategic advisory services to stakeholders involved with First Nations for their projects in Mineral Resources and Energy. It includes among other services, Community engagement, negotiations and Equity investment strategies for First nations. From 2008 to June 2022, Mr. Kitchen as acted as the Economic Development Officer for the Cree Nation of Nemaska. Mr. Kitchen has also served as director on a number of private Cree companies and Cree agencies and also for the Cree community of Waswanipi.

Jean Lafleur

B. Sc., M. Sc. Geology, P. Geo. (OGQ #833; PGO #2955)

A Professional Geologist with 45 years of experience in Geology and Mineral Exploration nationally in Canada and internationally in the USA, Mexico, Latin America, Ireland, Spain and Africa. He was a C-suite executive for small cap junior exploration companies over the years leading towards successful exploration programs in Quebec and Ontario.

Jean remains active as a technical, management and financing consultant with junior explorers since the early 2000’s thru his private geo-consultancy firm. His expertise also spans company and project evaluations, audits, and reporting; exploration program planning, execution and reporting, and research; and investment presentations across Canada, the USA and Europe.

He obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology from the University of Ottawa and was active as an exploration geologist early in his career with trend setters Newmont, Falconbridge, Dome Mines and Placer Dome. Jean successfully led exploration teams in the search for precious and base metals, nickel and PGE’s, uranium, and iron; and he brings a proven track record in leadership skills, strategic planning and mineral exploration leading to discovery.

Jean is currently a mineral exploration consultant/contractor at Appian Capital Advisory LLP, Explo-Logik Inc., and Dolomite International.
