Jeff Swinoga
Chairman
CPA, CA, MBA.
Jeff is a senior mining executive with 25 years experience in the mining sector. He is a recognized thought leader with an extensive network and brings a strategic perspective focused on business objectives, ESG, diversity, M&A, and raising capital. Currently he is the CEO of Exploits Discovery and prior to this was the Canadian Mining & Metals co Leader & Partner at EY. He has served on Boards of many publicly traded companies (Chair of Imperial Mining, Audit Chair of Excellon Resources, Radisson Resources, First Cobalt and Tonbridge Power). He was CFO of numerous public companies (Torex Gold, HudBay Minerals, Golden Star Resources and North American Palladium) and CEO of First Mining Gold as well as an Officer, Director, Finance of Barrick Gold for seven years. He has led numerous project financings totalling over $2 billion and raised over $400 million in equity.
Guy Bourassa
CEO & Director
Mr. Guy Bourassa graduated from the Université Laval, Québec, law school in 1983. He was a member of the Quebec Bar from 1983 to October 2011. During his career as an attorney, he has mainly worked with Quebec mining exploration businesses. He was President and Director of Radisson Mining Resources inc. from November 1988 to June 1991. He was also President and director of Dufresnoy Industrial minerals inc. from May 1994 to November 1996, and corporate secretary of Mazarin Mining Corporation inc. from September 1991 to June 1994. He was President and CEO of Monarques Resources inc., from March 2011 to October 2012 and director until April 2020. He has acted as director of Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. from February 2017 to June 2019. He was the founder, director and has acted as President and CEO of Nemaska Lithium Inc. from January 2008 to February 2020.
Pierre Neatby
President/COO & Director
Mr. Neatby has over 30 years of experience in the base and critical metals business. He spent 20 years with Noranda in various commercial roles including aluminum sales on behalf of Noranda and on behalf of Albecour. He spent 9 years at Avalon Advanced Materials focusing on rare earths and critical metals fostering relationships with end users. He has lived and worked in Toronto, London and Madagascar. Mr. Neatby is a graduate of Queen's University in Kingston, is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is fully bilingual.
Robert Kitchen
Director
Since July 2022, Mr. Kitchen is acting as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wasayao Strategic Group, a private company that offers strategic advisory services to stakeholders involved with First Nations for their projects in Mineral Resources and Energy. It includes among other services, Community engagement, negotiations and Equity investment strategies for First nations. From 2008 to June 2022, Mr. Kitchen as acted as the Economic Development Officer for the Cree Nation of Nemaska. Mr. Kitchen has also served as director on a number of private Cree companies and Cree agencies and also for the Cree community of Waswanipi.
